International reserves are assets held by a central bank or government in foreign currencies, gold and other liquid instruments. They serve as an indicator of the country’s financial stability and its ability to respond to economic challenges.

The market will resolve to YES if, at 23:59 UTC on July 25, 2025, the international reserves of the Russian Federation amount to $690 billion or more.
