The market will be resolved in favor of the basketball club that is officially declared the winner of the 2024-25 National Basketball Association season, which will be held before June 24, 23:59 (UTC) 2025.

Additional provisions:

- In the event of a game being cancelled or postponed to a later date, the resolution will be delayed until the official results are tallied and the winner of the 2024-25 National Basketball Association season is determined.

- If the season finale is not played and an official champion is not determined, the market will remain open until the winner is officially confirmed.

- In the event of the season being declared void or cancelled without a winner being determined, the market will be considered void.
