The market will resolve as “Yes” if, on or before June 30, 2025 (23:59 UTC), there is official confirmation that a criminal case has been initiated against Alexey Zhidkovskiy (also known as blogger Alex Zhidkovskiy). Confirmation may come from the following sources:

– Official websites of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, or other authorized government bodies;

– Publications by registered federal media outlets that directly cite an official statement or comment from a competent authority confirming the initiation of a criminal case against Zhidkovskiy.

If no such confirmation is available by June 30, 2025, the market will resolve as “No.”

Additional Provisions:

– The criminal case must be initiated in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. Reports of preliminary checks, pre-investigation reviews, or administrative proceedings do not qualify as grounds to resolve the market as “Yes.”

– If a criminal case is opened against the individual for reasons unrelated to publicly discussed matters, the market still resolves as “Yes.”

– If the case is initiated after June 30, 2025, it will have no impact on the outcome of the market.
