Event Conditions and Rules:

The market will resolve as “Yes” if, on or before May 31, 2025 (23:59 UTC), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) formally approves at least one ETF product linked to Ethereum staking yield. This may include a standalone ETF or a modified version of an existing ETH ETF that incorporates staking yield functionality.

Otherwise, the market will resolve as “No.”

Official publications from the SEC (https://www.sec.gov), as well as reporting from leading financial media outlets (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC), provided they explicitly confirm the approval of an Ethereum staking ETF by the SEC or another authorized U.S. regulatory body.
