Telegram constantly expands its functionality. At the same time, Telegram bots that integrate OpenAI’s AI capabilities have become among the most in-demand services on the messenger. It is therefore plausible that Telegram will eventually provide its users with official access to OpenAI’s artificial-intelligence technologies.

The market will resolve to YES if, by 11:59 PM UTC on December 31, 2025, Telegram or OpenAI publicly announces the launch of a built-in bot that is developed and maintained by Telegram, uses OpenAI’s AI technologies, and is available to users either free of charge or for a fee.
