The market will resolve to YES if, by 23:59 ET on December 31, 2025, Revolut issues its own stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar and enables users to transfer or trade it either on a blockchain or within the Revolut app. An announcement without an available transfer or trading function will not count as a launch.
