Sony Music has officially confirmed that in 2025 the label will begin entering into its first commercial agreements with platforms that use neural networks to generate music. This was announced by the company’s CEO, Rob Stringer, in an interview with Billboard magazine. Among the potential partners is Suno, a startup that has emerged in recent months as a leader in generative music.

The market will resolve to YES if Sony Music signs an agreement with the AI startup Suno by 11:59 PM UTC on August 15, 2025.
