The market will resolve to YES if, as of 12:59 AM ET on December 31, 2025, Tesla publicly launches a service that allows any member of the general public to hail and complete a ride in a Tesla vehicle operating without active human control (neither an onboard person nor a remote operator may control the vehicle during normal operation). A human may be present in the cabin or monitor remotely for emergency intervention, but must not be in the driver’s seat and must not, during normal operation, steer, brake, accelerate, or otherwise control the vehicle.
