The market will resolve based on the official USD exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) on April 29, 2025:

If the exchange rate is equal to or exceeds 85 RUB per 1 USD, the market will resolve as "Yes."

In all other cases, the market will resolve as "No."

Resolution Source: The official USD exchange rate published by the Central Bank of Russia in the section "Official exchange rates for a given date" on CBR's website under the "Exchange Rates" section, USD.

The market will consider only the official CBR exchange rate and will not take into account Forex or other exchange data.
