The market will resolve to YES if, between 00:01 ET on August 26, 2025 and 23:59 ET on September 30, 2025, Donald Trump signs a federal law or executes an executive action (e.g., an Executive Order, memorandum, proclamation, or other official directive) that changes the official name of the United States Department of Defense. This will count regardless of the stated effective date and even if the change is later delayed, suspended, or blocked.
